Hello World, Today was a tough workout! Lucky i had 6 good teammates (friends/family) to help me push through. Sitting here collecting my thoughts about how the tighter we are becoming the more results we're seeing. All praises & glory goes out to GOD!!!

Today workout was Gr8!!! Never would have thought being SORE would feel this good. I catch myself LoL'n during the workout. I can't believe how far my teammates has come along. Glory 2GOD!!!
